Find confidential care for your emotional and mental wellbeing, how, when, and where you need it. Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed, mental health support from Lyra can help you thrive and feel your best.

Lyra providers are ready to meet you where you are — via live video, live messaging, or even in-person. Many providers offer digital lessons and exercises to enhance your care experience between sessions.

All active Inova team members, spouses/partners, and children up to age 26 have access to 25 coaching or therapy sessions, per person per calendar year, at no cost.

Employee Assistance Program

The EAP, provided by Inova Employee Assistance, is a free, confidential benefit to help you and your family members live well, at home and at work. The EAP offers:

  • Confidential support for a variety of issues, including work/life balance, family and relationships, depression and stress management, alcohol/substance abuse, and more
  • Short-term counseling for you and your eligible dependents or household members at no cost to you

Inova Well

Inova Well is Inova's wellness department supporting team members and their spouses/domestic partners at all health and fitness levels. Tools, support, and programs help you maintain, improve, or establish healthy habits and are focused around seven dimensions of health: Be Aware, Get Active, Healthy Mind, Eat Well, Live Green, Health Coaching and Be Connected. Free resources, such as unlimited health and wellness coaching sessions, 24/7 virtual fitness and pre/post-natal support, are some of the benefits offered year-round.

Inova encourages team members to make their health and wellbeing a top priority. Inova Well has identified important activities that are foundational to creating long-lasting lifestyle habits by putting self-care first. All Inova team members (regardless of status, position or insurance coverage) are also eligible to receive High Fives points for completing various wellness activities, including:

All completed components must be submitted no later than December 31 to earn High Fives points for the same year. Team Members will be eligible to receive points for the following calendar year beginning January 1.

VIP 360° Concierge Medicine Membership

VIP 360° Concierge Medicine Membership is a high-level, personal service approach to healthcare on your schedule, and includes:

  • Easy, near-immediate 24/7 access to your VIP 360o primary care physician
  • Highly personal concierge care, and the help of trainers, nutritionists, and coaches
  • State-of-the art testing and fast lab results

Team Members, spouses and parents receive an approximate 30% discount on annual membership (regular cost $2,200 a year). Team Members, their spouses and/or parents pay $1,500 annually or $125 a month.
