Inova heroes on the front line never ask for recognition or special privileges, but we think they deserve our respect, admiration, and support. That’s why we offer the Inova Compassion Fund – to provide a lifeline to Inova team members who have experienced a traumatic life event, such as a natural disaster, fire, flood, loss of a loved one, or a COVID-19 crisis that significantly affects their life.
Team members budgeted at least 0.5 FTE are eligible for assistance from the Inova Compassion Fund. The Fund is sustained solely by philanthropic donations and established specifically to provide financial assistance to Inova team members only during times of need.
Assistance from the Compassion Fund does not have to be repaid. Refer to the Compassion Fund section of InovaConnect for more information and instructions on how to complete an online application.
